Invoicing
Bill a customer, send them a branded invoice, and get paid online — without writing any code.
The Invoices tab in the dashboard lets you create an invoice, add the products or services you’re billing for, and email it to your customer. They pay from a hosted page by card or US bank account, and the invoice marks itself paid automatically.
Each row shows the invoice number, customer, amount, status, due date, and when it was created. Use the Created, Due date, and Status filters at the top to narrow the list.
What you can do
- Create and send invoices with line items from your product catalog or one-off charges.
- Get paid online through a hosted payment page that accepts cards and US bank transfers (ACH).
- Send automatic reminders before or after the due date so you don’t have to chase payment.
- Issue credit notes to reduce what a customer owes without deleting the invoice.
- Record payments you collected elsewhere, like a check or wire, to keep your books accurate.
- Customize numbering, emails, and branding so every invoice looks like it came from you.
In this section
