Deposits
A deposit is a transfer of your processed payments to your bank account, less refunds, chargebacks and fees.
The Deposits tab lists every deposit with its net amount, status, date, gross amount and fees. The Activity column counts the sales, refunds and chargebacks it includes. You can filter by Date, Net amount or status. Deposits are made from live payments, so sandbox payments never appear in one.

Click a deposit to open it. The Summary card shows how the net amount adds up:
- Sales: the payments it includes, with their count.
- Refunds and Chargebacks: money returned to customers, subtracted.
- Adjustments: other corrections, added or subtracted.
- Fees: everything deducted.
- Net deposit: what’s sent to your bank account.
The gross amount is the total before fees. Below the summary, the Payments card lists the payments matched to the deposit, and the Fees card breaks the fees down into Interchange fee, Chargeback fee and Platform fee, when the deposit has them.
