Team members
Give your team their own sign-in to the Bias dashboard.
Each sandbox and your live account has its own team. Inviting someone to a sandbox doesn’t give them access to live, or the other way around. The environment selector shows which one you’re managing.
Roles
Everyone on a team is an owner or a user. Owners are marked Owner in the team list.
- Users can use the whole dashboard, including payments, customers, invoices, subscriptions, settings and API keys.
- Owners can also invite and remove users and delete sandboxes. Whoever creates a sandbox is its owner.
Users see the team list but can’t change it.
Invite someone
- Go to Settings → Team.
- Click Invite user.
- Enter their Full name and Email address, then click Send.
They join as a user right away and get an email invitation to the dashboard. They sign in with their email address and a code Bias emails them.
Notifications
Owners get emails when an invoice is paid, a dispute is opened or resolved, and a customer subscribes or cancels. Invited users start with these turned off. Each person changes their own in Settings → Profile, under Notifications.
Remove a user
Open the menu on a user’s row in Settings → Team and click Remove, then Remove user. They lose access to that environment immediately. To give it back, invite them again.
Owners can’t be removed, and you can’t remove yourself.
