Subscription metrics

See how many customers subscribe and where your subscribers stand.

The Reports section on the dashboard’s Home page has two subscription tiles:

• New subscriptions: the number of subscriptions started in the selected date range, whatever their status now.
• Subscriptions by status: every subscription, grouped by its current status. The date range doesn’t apply to this tile.

Add the tiles

1. On Home, click Edit layout next to Reports.
2. Click Choose tiles, then select the tiles under Subscriptions.
3. Click Apply, drag the tiles where you want them, and click Save.

Editing the layout is available on larger screens.

Choose a date range

Pick a preset such as Last 30 days or Year to date, or choose custom dates. Each graph tile shows the change, as a percentage, from the period of the same length just before the range.

For a count of subscriptions in each status, with links to the subscriptions themselves, use the counts at the top of the Subscriptions tab.
